We offer a full money back guarantee on all of our products made on our website or on our app , but under certain conditions . We encourage you to read the conditions explained in detail below , in order to see the conditions that apply to your order(s) while following the proper protocol to ensure your refund is approved.

If you are unhappy with the product(s) you have purchased from us , please contact us via email with your concerns, we're always here to help. Our Refund & Return policy gives you 7 days to return or exchange an item(s) purchased on our website or mobile app. With a valid proof of purchase ( receipt ) you will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase,  if you are approved for a refund ,contingent to our refund approval conditions ( see conditions below) the funds will be applied to your account automatically . After the 7 day period has expired , we cannot offer you a refund or exchange . 

 

To be eligible to a refund or exchange, all products must be packaged in the original, unopened or damaged packaging including any accessories , labels, free gifts , bonus items and documentation that shipped with the product . If the article(s) is returned unopened , in its original packaging, with no damage , we will exchange it. Other than the conditions mentioned above, all sales are final.  

REFUNDS ( If Applicable ) 

Once your returned article(s) is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned articles . We will also inform you if your refund request have been approved or denied . If your request for a refund is approved , your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days . If you have paid for the standard shipping delivery method or higher , the cost of standard shipping or higher will not be refunded.

REFUSED REFUNDS ( If Applicable ) 

1. Products with signs of usage 

2. Any article (s) that is not in it's original condition or damaged for reasons that are not due to an error on our end .

3. Any article (s) returned 14 calendar days after delivery

IF YOUR ITEMS IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT ( If Applicable ) 

Please inspect the item (s) you ordered thoroughly, if your order is damaged , defective or if your order is incorrect , we will send you a free return label for a replacement of your item (s).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS :

If you haven't received a refund yet , first check your bank account , if it is not available to you after 14 business days then contact the issuing credit card company , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
