Never received package but dashboard shows it's been delivered
* First refer back to your order information to ensure all your info was put in correctly such as street number, address, zip code, apartment number (if applicable) city and state. After you have exhausted this option to no avail please contact the carrier to file a claim. The option to buy insurance is available on all purchases at an additional cost and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (select option during checkout).
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST BY USPS, UPS, DHL, FEX-EX or INTERNATIONAL CARRIERS NOR ANY ITEMS UNDELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION DURING CHECKOUT.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS ?
For maximum results it's imperative that you use the lip lightening balm everyday and in its entirety. For optimal results we recommend applying it before bedtime. Results are measured on how pigmented your lips are, however, if you follow the product instructions and apply consistency, you will notice a visible difference in as little as 3-5 days.
How long do the results last ?
* The results are permanent ! In addition to achieving your desired pigment, you must continue to use products with consistency in order to maintain your lips healthy state, especially if you chose to continue participating in the activities that caused their initial damage such as smoking.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
* We only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit . In this case a return label will be created and sent to you via email so you can return the damaged item(s) back to Lip Tease by Dallace for a replacement at no cost to you. Other than the issue mentioned ALL SALES ARE FINAL !
Why was my package returned ?
* If your package was returned to us this is because there was an error with your address information ( i.e. wrong apt #, wrong zip code, building # ). Please double check that all fields are completed with the correct information that allows the carrier you selected to deliver your package to the right address. Returned items are subjected to a $10 re-shipment fee.
Do we ship internationally ?
We are so happy to announce that we now ship to over 150 countries ! Please select international shipping before checking out. Be aware that it can take up to 1-2 weeks for delivery and a custom charge may apply depending on your local government fees. Contact your county official agency for more info.
